In addition, to these resources we are also managing the new Division of Healthcare Simulation Sciences GitHub where we aim to publish and provide resources to support the development of cutting edge simulation technologies.

3D Traumatic Brain Injury Angiogenesis Model

A C++ code base that takes a 3D segmented .vtk files and injury location and severity as an input and uses fractal geometry to simulate the vessel growth due to the injury.
